As Mayor, I believe in bringing our community, businesses, and local leaders to the table to find real solutions that move Duvall forward. Collaborative leadership means making sure every voice is heard and every perspective considered.
Molding consensus isn’t about compromise for the sake of agreement—it’s about finding common ground that strengthens our community. Through participating in the Washington Collaborative Elected Leaders Institute (WA-CELI), I’ve deepened my commitment to inclusive governance, using proven strategies to engage stakeholders, navigate complex issues, and turn shared values into meaningful action.
